Dong Ju, the top student in his school, falls in love with Su Wan. He helps her out, but she just ignores him.

On Su Wan's birthday, Dong Ju and Su Wan do bungee jumping together, something she always dreamed of doing.

Su Wan apologizes to Dylan for overstepping her bounds and asks if they've ever met before.

Hearing about the tension between Su Wan and Dylan, Ji Woon invites them both over for dinner.

Ji Woon is sad that Su Wan still can't forget her first love. Jae Bum keeps telling Dong Ju to leave.

Young Ji wants an engagement party for Su Wan and Ji Woon, but Su Wan tells Ji Woon that she can't love him.

Jae Bum keeps trying to separate Su Wan and Dong Ju, but Dong Ju can't give up on her and pleads with Jae Bum.

Ji Woon tells Dong Ju to return to America. Ji Woon drunkenly tells Su Wan he wants to be the one for her.

Seeing Ji Woon distraught, Young Ji asks Su Wan if she loves him. She replies she turned down his proposal.

Jae Bum recommends that Su Wan and Dong Ju move elsewhere to live freely. Jin Sang puts pressure on Jae Bum.

Ordered by Young Ji, the police chief approaches Woo Chul with an offer. Jin Sang asks to see Dong Ju.

Dong Ju tries to convince Su Wan to move to America. Su Wan is angered by his change of heart.

Dong Ju seeks Jae Bum's help in persuading Su Wan. Jae Bum finds his attitude strange and talks to Jin Sang.

Su Wan asks Jae Bum if he killed Jeong Hwa. Dong Ju finds Jae Bum conscious on the floor at Su Wan's place.

Upon learning the truth, Hae Ju finds Su Wan and begs her not to leave Dong Ju. Su Wan says it's for the best.

Jae Bum hands Dong Ju the MP3 player and dies. Ji Woon, tormented by the guilt, considers turning himself in.

Seeing Young Ji with the police chief, Ji Woon questions her. Old 911 call recordings reveal something.

Su Wan leaves a note and disappears. A year later, Ji Woon, now doing volunteer work, finds her in a photo.

Su Wan admits she can't let go of Dong Ju, but Dong Ju gets hit by a car while trying to save a girl.
